When you submit a form, call, WhatsApp, email, or use a Google lead form for Komrcify, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, business name, Amazon selling status, and any details you choose to share about your seller account or business problem.

When you visit the website, we may collect non-personal technical and attribution data such as pages visited, landing URL, browser and device information, referral source, UTM parameters, Google click identifiers, ad group, creative, match type, and device fields passed by advertising links.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, call or WhatsApp you about your free account check, understand whether Komrcify services are relevant for you, provide account-management services if you become a client, measure advertising performance, improve our website, and protect the site from misuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your lead details with Amazon for advertising or referral purposes.

Komrcify uses Google Ads and Google tag to measure visits and lead submissions from advertising. Google may process ad click identifiers and conversion events according to Google's own policies.

Komrcify uses Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps, analytics, and session recordings. Clarity may collect page views, clicks, scroll behaviour, approximate device/browser data, and similar usage signals. We do not intentionally send names, phone numbers, email addresses, passwords, OTPs, or Seller Central credentials into analytics events or Clarity custom tags.

Komrcify uses FormTorch or similar form tools to process website lead submissions. Our website may also use hosting, security, and communication providers needed to run the service.

Do not submit Seller Central passwords, OTPs, banking passwords, or recovery codes through website forms, Google lead forms, WhatsApp, or email. If access is needed for client work, we use user-permission access and two-factor coordination instead of asking for your primary account password.

We keep lead and client information for as long as needed to respond to the enquiry, provide services, maintain business records, improve our marketing, and comply with legal or operational requirements.

You can ask us to update or delete your contact details, subject to any records we must keep for legitimate business, accounting, dispute, or legal reasons. You can also block cookies or tracking through your browser settings, though some website features may work differently.
